Today was another good day. At my annual today I got chocolate and free meds, I gave up on the travel reimbursement thing that has taken over 10 weeks to resolve, but the money is close to even, I had yummy pizza for lunch, I just had another chocolate peanut butter cup, and I'm reading some of my book that I never finished over the weekend even though I'm right near the end. So nothing really spectacular, like finishing my paper or getting back out to exercise, but still a relatively good day.

Someone at work was complaining about how her stocks are way down and how she wishes she'd sold them when they were high. Um, duh? This same person has a habit of complaining about things that are just part of life, like when I ordered a PDA for work, of course I'm going to get a newer version than hers, and no, she shouldn't get the new one and hand down her older one to me, even if I am the youngest, newest employee. And if I've been working there 6 months and I didn't get the new recruitment bonus, she shouldn't be complaining that she didn't get one even though she was hired over 3 years ago. Just grow up already and recognize that you don't get everything you want and quit complaining about it. *sigh*
