Oct. 5th, 2002 12:23 amYay, more exercise. :) Today it was cold and I was feeling a bit lazy, so I waited until the crowd at the gym was probably gone and grabbed a treadmill. I ended up running slower than usual, but ran longer, so that compensated. No wonder I'm so sleepy, though.
Bad news is that yesterday's breakthrough of being under 160 seems to have been entirely water weight, and I don't think I'll be back under 160 by tomorrow morning. Oh, well. I'm probably okay on points today because I'm still slightly hungry right now.
