Oct. 21st, 2002 07:17 pmI've completely lost all my motivation for being healthy and losing weight. The gym is still open for 45 minutes, and yet I can't make myself get up and go jog for a bit. I quit watching my diet so carefully, too, so now I'm not monitoring portion size as well as I used to. I had it going so well, and then broke routine on the trip to Toronto. Haven't exercised since. Maybe I can guilt-trip myself into it tonight...
