(no subject)

Welp, got a haircut. If I had the cable to get the pictures off the digital camera, I'd take a picture and post it, but I don't. I'm not sure I like it. The hairdresser gave me a box cut, which basically means all my hair is an equal length from the root, not from the top of my head. It amounts to having deep layers, which I'm not too fond of because the short hair is too short to tuck behind my ear, and the long hair still has to be pulled off my neck. I'd be okay with the "can't tuck behind the ear" bit if I didn't have the "on the neck" bit. Also, I get a little bump on my head where the shortest ones end and curl under, but the longer ones all flip outwards. That's what I don't like about cuts that are reminiscent of the Flowbie - I have the whole Farrah Fawcett flip going. I'll live in it for a week, and if I still dislike it this much (it'll probably grow on me, no pun intended), I'll go back and have the lower layers shortened. Then at least I'll like it when it grows out. At least it's just hair, and it grows, so this isn't the end of the world.
