Recipe of last week

One of my college buds, Connie, actually came by for a visit back in the fall. We got on the topic of food, and she told us about this amazing recipe for pork tenderloin that's started to replace how we normally cook the things. The recipe she gave us was for *8* tenderloins. We're talking church potluck proportions here. Anyway, here's the whole recipe. The marinade is easy to quarter. We usually make half the sauce recipe because it's really hard to cut 1/3 tsp into four pieces and (more accurately) it's really good sauce and we put it on fresh vegetables or something else.
