Perhaps the recipe below should be called "Spicy Shredded Pork". The red pepper flakes were a bit strong. Now, however, we took the leftover vinegar-pepper mixture and put it in a bottle in the fridge. I'm wondering how spicy it's going to get as the pepper steeps in the vinegar before it's inedible.
